WEBAC® 150, a universally applicable PUR (SPUR) foamed injection resin, is suitable for the quick temporary containment of water under pressure. WEBAC 150 is particularly appreciated for its simple and safe application.
Areas of application:
- Injection of cracks in concrete
- Filling of cavities in masonry/concrete structures in case of water penetration
- Sealing of foundations: sheet piling, bored pile curtain, submerged concrete
- Waterproofing of tie rods in civil engineering
- Injection into cracks in concrete (approved according to ZTV-ING (RISS), (BASt list) / approved / tested according to DIN V 18028 by the official materials laboratory iBMB)
- Filling of cavities in masonry / concrete in case of water penetration
- Injection of curtains without the addition of catalysts in accordance with the general approval of the building authorities
- Waterproofing of excavations (veil of material in the adjacent soil): sheet piling, drilled pile curtain, submerged concrete
- Sealing of tie rod heads in special civil engineering
- Sealing of hydraulic structures, e.g. (drinking) water tanks
- Sanitation of wells

- Not too rigid foam structure

- Good reactivity and excellent resistance to alkaline water up to pH 13
