High-pressure mechanical injection packer 14x110mm

High-pressure metal injector for treating cracks in concrete. Suitable for injecting single-component and two-component resins for waterproofing concrete structures and treating cracks in concrete.

Suitable for epoxy, PU and PUR polyurethane resins, methacrylate, etc.

External diameter of rubber part: 13.4mm (use a 14mm SDS drill bit)

Material: Steel + aluminium

Connection type: Flat head

Anti-return system : Metal ball in flat head

Pressure: 20 to 250 BAR 

(Please note: the maximum pressures indicated may vary depending on the type of support and its condition).

Position the injector in the pre-drilled hole, with the rubber part fully seated in the support.
Screw in the injector (M6) to inflate its seal and ensure that the injector is held in the hole.
Connect the pump to the mechanical injector using a flat-head coupling and inject.
After injection, it is best to unscrew and remove the injector completely.
Alternatively, you can leave the rubber part in the support by breaking off the other part with a hammer.
